RESIDENTIAL PAVING

Martin Paving has been involved in residential paving since 1974.  Our estimating and sales staff have more than 50 years of combined experience in the field.  Experienced foremen lead our well-trained crews, which work as a team and pay careful attention to detail, quality, and safety on each job.

Our team looks forward to meeting your paving needs. From new paving to resurface or repair work, our estimators will work with you to determine the best solution for your driveway needs.  We strive to install driveways that will be both beautiful and long-lasting. If your farm, small business, or driveway needs work, call or email Martin Paving to request a quote.

COMMERCIAL PAVING

When it comes to large paving projects, Martin Paving has many years of experience. We work with many excavators and developers to grade and pave new streets in subdivisions and developments. Our commercial paving department also completes larger parking areas and private jobs. Schools, churches, and businesses are examples of those that use Martin Paving.

We also work for local municipalities, resurfacing existing streets and roads or constructing new ones. Our distinctive tan trucks can be seen all-over south-east Pennsylvania. Our commercial crews provide quality paving from the beginning base coat to the final wearing surface.

HELPFUL TIPS

If Martin Paving has recently paved your driveway, here are some helpful tips to keep the surface in good condition:

1. Stay off your freshly paved driveway for at least three days. This is especially important during the hot summer months, because blacktop will remain soft longer.

2.When turning the wheels of a car, make sure the car is moving. Power steering will allow tires to mark fresh blacktop.

3.Wait at least two years before sealing a driveway to allow blacktop to properly cure.
4.Avoid spilling gas or diesel on a driveway. That can damage blacktop.
